All visual depictions, audio recordings, and persona content delivered through Pink Light (www.pinklight.app, the “Service”) are entirely computer-generated and synthetic, produced by artificial intelligence systems. No real human performers are recorded, captured, photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in any image, video, audio, or interactive asset delivered through the Service. Every character, voice, likeness, and depicted persona is fictional and does not represent any actual person, living or deceased.

§ 2257 / § 2257A Inapplicability

Because no real persons are depicted within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A do not apply to the Service's outputs as defined under 28 C.F.R. § 75. Authority distinguishing entirely computer-generated imagery from depictions of actual human performers supports this position; nonetheless, this statement is provided in the spirit of compliance and transparency.

Adult-Only Personas

All synthetic personas appearing on the Service are designed, prompted, and presented as adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. Prompts, scenarios, requests, or outputs that depict, suggest, or attempt to depict persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service. Such content is rejected by automated content moderation systems applied at the prompt and output stages, and any user who attempts to generate such material is subject to immediate account termination. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Adult Audience Only

The Service contains adult content and is intended exclusively for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and for whom such content is legal to view. Access is gated by an age-attestation prompt on first visit. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
